SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the article 21 of the L.3556/2007 and the article 11 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission decision 1/434/3.07.07 that Ms. Eugenia Lahana "Other Manager" (according to a.13 of the L.3340) proceeded on 09/07/08 to the purchase of 500 (five hundred) common shares at the price of 9.96 euros (nine euro and ninety six cents) of total value 4,980 euros (four thousand nine hundred and eighty euros).
