Marfin Investment Group (MIG) announces that its Board of Directors at its meeting on 23 July 2008 approved the following changes in the management structure.
Mr. Ioannis Karakadas is appointed Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Mr. Karakadas will retain his current responsibilities as CEO of Singular Logic.
Mr. George Efstratiadis is appointed new member of the Investment Committee replacing Mr. Sayanta Basu.
An Executive Committee is established, consisting of six members, which are the following: Andreas Vgenopoulos, Dennis Malamatinas, Ioannis Karakadas, George Efstratiadis, Christophe Vivien and Areti Souvatzoglou.
