The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the article 21 of the L.3556/2007 and the article 11 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission decision 1/434/3.07.07 that Mr. Kyriakos Sarantis son of Pantazis, Vice Chairman of the BoD and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, proceeded on 24/07/08 to the purchase of 4,579 (four thousand five hundred and seventy nine) common shares at the price of 10 euros (ten euros) of total value 45,790 euros (forty five thousand seven hundred and ninety euros).
