The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the article 21 of the L.3556/2007 and the article 11 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission decision 1/434/3.07.07 that Ms. Eugenia Lahana, shareholder and "Other Manager" (according to a.13 of the L.3340) proceeded on 13/05/08 to the sale of 3,175 (three thousand one hundred and seventy five) common shares at the price of 11 euros (eleven euro) of total value 34,925 euros (thirty four thousand nine hundred and twenty five euro).
