The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the article 21 of the L.3556/2007 and the article 11 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission decision 1/434/3.07.07 that Mr. Kyriakos Sarantis son of Pantazis, Vice Chairman of the BoD and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, proceeded on 22/07/08 to the purchase of 10,000 (ten thousand) common shares at the average price of 9.92 euros (nine euros and ninety two cents) of total value 99,182 euros (ninety nine thousand one hundred eighty two euros).
