The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the article 21 of the L.3556/2007 and the article 11 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission decision 1/434/3.07.07 that Mr. Kyriakos Sarantis son of Pantazis, Vice Chairman of the BoD and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, proceeded on 23/07/08 to the purchase of 5,421 (five thousand four hundred and forty one) common shares at the price of 10 euros (ten euros) of total value 54,210 euros (fifty four thousand two hundred and ten euros).
