Based on the articles 3 (par.16,bb) and 21 of the L.3556/2007, on the article 11 of the decision 1/434/3.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission as well as the Circular 33, par.3 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, the Company "ALFA-BETA" VASSILOPOULOS S.A. announces that, on May 9, 2008, Mr. Renaud Louis Marthe Cogels, member of the Board of Directors of the Company and consequently an obligor according to the article 13 of the L.3340/2005, sold 3.600 shares of "ALFA-BETA" VASSILOPOULOS S.A, for a total value of 178.950 Euros.
