TECHNICAL OLYMPIC S.A. together with its subsidiary PORTO CARRAS S.A. announce that they proceeded with the sale of their participation in Lamda Technol Flisvos Holding S.A., that is 25% the former and 5% the latter, to ZERLAN ENTERPRISES COMPANY Ltd for a total of 7,900,000 euro.
