(the Company), pursuant to the provisions of the Law 3340/2005 and the Law 3556/2007, the Decision 1/434/03.07.2007 and the Circular nr. 33 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, announces that Mr. Yannis Criticos, Group CFO and Director of Investor Relations (Person subject to the notification obligation according to article 13 of L.3340/2005) bought 2,000 ordinary shares of Attica Group of total value Euro 8,763.60 on 17th July, 2008.
