Notification about a significant change in the number of voting rights (Law 3556/2007)

MORGAN STANLEY informed the Company in writing on 30.05.2008 that on 26.5.2008 it purchased common registered shares with a voting right of HELLENIC EXCHANGES S.A. HOLDING CLEARING SETTLEMENT & REGISTRY (HELEX). Following the abovementioned transaction, MORGAN STANLEY indirectly holds 5.091% of the share capital of HELEX (from 4.991% before the transaction).
