"IRF EUROPEAN FINANCE INVESTMENTS LTD" (IRF) advised the Capital Market Committee and the Issuer through its letter dated 15.5.2008 that, further to an acquisition of shares that took place on 13.5.2008, its participation on the total share capital and voting rights of the Issuer came up to 5.08%, which corresponds to 37,935,747 shares and voting rights held directly by it. Prior to 13.5.2008, "IRF EUROPEAN FINANCE INVESTMENTS LTD" held less than 5% of the total share capital and voting rights of the Issuer.
