"IRF EUROPEAN FINANCE INVESTMENTS LTD" (IRF) advised the Capital Market Committee and the Issuer through its letter dated 10.9.2008 that, further to an acquisition of shares that took place on 8.9.2008, its participation on the total share capital and voting rights of the Issuer increased from 5.08% to 10.093%, which corresponds to 75,416,835 shares and voting rights held directly by it.
