The company GR. SARANTIS SA announces that the 2008 half year financial report is amended through the addition of an updated Board of Directors half year report approved on 29/08/2008 and a new report on review of the interim financial information dated 29/08/2008, which is no different to the previously approved report.
The aforementioned changes do not have an impact on the already published financial statements for the period 01/01/2008 - 30/06/2008 that were approved by the BoD as of 29/07/2008.
The new 2008 half year financial report is uploaded in the company's internet site www.sarantis.gr as well as the Athens Exchange site.
