Following the announcement on 31/01/2008 of the Corporate Events Calendar of Eurobank Properties REIC. for the year 2008, the Company announces an updated Corporate Events Calendar, in accordance with article 4.1.4.3.1 par.3 of the Athens Exchange Rulebook, as follows:

Interim Dividend Payment Date for the year 2008: Wednesday, 03 December 2008.
