Forthnet S.A. (the "Company") announces, in accordance with paragraphs 4.1.3.1.e and 4.1.3.6. of the Athens Stock Market Regulation, as in force, in combination with art. 6 of Law 3340/2005 and arts. 2 and 3 of the Decision 3/347/12.7.2005 of the Hellenic Capital Markets Commission, that Mrs. Eirini Grammatopoulou was appointed as Group Legal Director.
