Piraeus Bank is, pursuant to the provisions of Law 3340/2005, a related legal entity with Mr. Theodoros Pantalakis son of Nikolaos, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Piraeus Real Estate Investments S.A. (Non Executive Member) and Vice Chairman and Managing Director of Piraeus Bank.
