Announcement of adjustable information based on Law 3556/2007
ELLAKTOR SA discloses, in accordance with the provisions of article 14 of L.3556/2007, notification received on 13/11/2008 by bound shareholders:
A) The legal entity HELLAS PARTICIPATIONS (LUXEMBOURG) SA, informs that its participation and its voting rights in the share capital of ELLAKTOR SA changed, as a result of the disposal of voting rights, as following:
Date of transaction when its participation percentage decreased lower than 5%: 12/11/2008.
Number of shares and equal number of voting rights before the transaction: direct participation amounting to 15,000,000 common registered voting shares or 8.475% of the total number of voting rights of ELLAKTOR SA.
Number of shares and equal number of voting rights after the transaction: direct participation amounting to 2,450,000 common registered voting shares or 1.384% of the total number of voting rights of ELLAKTOR SA.
The total percentage participation and voting rights of the informing company after the critical transaction stands at 1.384% of the total number of voting rights of ELLAKTOR SA., i.e. lower than 5%.

The disclosure prepared in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 1 of article 9 of L.3556/2007, i.e. change of percentage participation and voting rights lower than 5%.
B) Mr. Leonidas Bobolas informs that its participation and its voting rights in the share capital of ELLAKTOR SA changed, as following:
Date of transaction when his direct participation percentage exceeds 10%: 12/11/2008.
Number of shares and equal number of voting rights before the transactions: a) direct participation: 10,452,182 common registered voting shares or 5.905% and b) indirect participation: 15,455,000 common registered voting shares or 8.732% of the total number of voting rights of ELLAKTOR SA. Number of shares and equal number of voting rights after the transactions: a) direct participation: 23,080,016 common registered voting shares or 13.039% and b) indirect participation: 2,905,000 common registered voting shares or 1.641% of the total number of voting rights of ELLAKTOR SA.
The total (direct and indirect) percentage participation and voting rights of the informing person after the transactions stands at 14.681% of the total number of voting rights of ELLAKTOR SA.

Of the above transactions, the largest part i.e. 12,550,000 shares (or 7.09%), concerns the internal redistribution of the participation that is, the reduction of the indirect participation and the increase of an equal amount of the direct participation of the shareholder Mr. Leonidas Bobolas to ELLAKTOR?s share capital and voting rights.
