NIREUS SA announces that because of the merge with KEGO the Company's share capital amounts to 84.923.361,62 euro divided into 63.375.643 common registered shares of nominal value 1.34 euro each. This announcement is made in compliance with the regulations of Law 3556/2007 (article 9 par. 5) in order to facilitate the calculations of percentages of voting rights as well as significant changes in the participations in the company's share capital.
