TT Hellenic Postbank, pursuant to articles 3, 21, law 3556/2007, announces that, in accordance with article 13, law 3340/2005 and the Decision of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission no. 3/347/07.12.2005, Mrs. Paliou Chrysanthi, "person holding senior managerial position" in the Bank, notified that on October, 31st, 2008, proceeded in transaction by purchasing 3,070 common Bank`s stocks. The value of transaction is 14,920.20 euros.
