Blue Star Maritime S.A. (the Company), pursuant to the provisions of Law 3340/2005 and the Law 3556/2007, the Decision 1/434/03.07.2007 and the Circular nr. 33 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, announces that Mr Yannis Criticos, Director of the Company and Executive Member of the B.O.D., bought 840 ordinary shares of the Company of total value Euro 1,698.48 on 3rd November, 2008.
