In accordance with article 16 of the law 2190/1920 the Board of Directors of the Company HELLENIC DUTY FREE SHOPS S.A. announces that, following the decision of the Company's Extraordinary General Assembly on 06.10.2008, intends to acquire up to 600,000 own shares, or up to 1.149% of the issued capital, during the period 15.10.2008 and 31.12.2008 for a lowest price of euro 5.0 and a highest price of euro 20.0.
