OPAP S.A., pursuant to Law 3340/2005, Law 3556/2007 and Capital Market Commission's decision No. 3/347/12.07.2005, announces that under the "obligation of transactions notification" the following liable persons informed the company on the following:

Mr. Michal Houst, Executive BoD member & CFO, purchased on 15.06.2015, 4,500 company shares, of a total value of Euro 32,400.
Mr. Jan Karas, Chief Sales Officer, purchased on 15.06.2015, 6,900 company shares, of a total value of Euro 49,680 and on the same day purchased additional 5,525 company shares, of a total value of Euro 39,724.75.
Mr. Petr Matejovsky, Chief Marketing Officer, purchased on 15.06.2015, 6,975 company shares, of a total value of Euro 50,150.25 and on 16.06.2015, 1,360 company shares of a total value of Euro 9,452.
