The company "ELBISCO S.A. HOLDING", under the provisions of Law 3556/2007 (Articles 9 and 21) and in accordance with the rule 1/434/3-7-2007 and the circular 33/3-7-2007 of the Board of Directors of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, informs the investors that the company named "ALBATROS HOLDING S.A." (bound person under Article 13 of Law 3340/2005), proceeded on Thusday, November 11, to the sale of the total of its participation into ELBISCO's share capital. The aforementioned company sold 5,329,978 common shares followed by their respective voting rights to Mrs. Dimitra Filippou (bound person under Article 13 of Law 3340/2005), wife of Mr. Kyriakos Filippou, Chairman of ELBISCO's Board of Directors. The total value of this pre-agreed transaction was amounted to euro 3,677,684,82. As a result of the aforementioned transaction ALBATROS's total percentage of participation in ELBISCO's share capital and voting rights was reduced to 0%, from 9.91%, namely 5,329,978 common shares and voting rights out of total of 53,760,000 shares and voting rights. The participation of Mrs Dimitra Filippou to the shares and to the voting rights of ELBISCO S.A. increased from 0% to 9.91%. It is mentioned that ALBATROS HOLDING S.A. is totally owned by Mrs. Dimitra Filippou, thus before the above mentioned transaction her indirect participation was equal to 9.91% of ELBISCO's total shares and voting rights. The aforementioned transaction has been notified to the company pursuant to laws 3556/2007 and 3340/2005 by both parties.
