Οn 27.9.2008, the Extraordinary General Meeting of the shareholders of the DOL DIGITAL SA - 84,23% subsidiary company of LAMBRAKIS PRESS SA - resolved to decrease the share capital of the company by 18.733.052 euro, through the decrease of the nominal value of the outstanding shares from 5,88 euros each to 1,85 euros each in order to net off an equal amount of accumulated losses of previous fiscal years. On 6.10.2008 the Prefecture of Athens approved the decrease of the share capital of the company as well as the relative amendment of the Articles of Association. Following this corporate action the company s share capital amounts to 8.599.540 euros divided into 4.648.400 common shares each having a nominal value of 1,85 euros. The decrease of the share capital has no impact on the LAMBRAKIS PRESS GROUP consolidated financial statements of 31.12.2008.
