Holdings, Real Estate, Constructions" announces that according to the Law 3556/2007, the Decision 1/434/03.07.2007 and the Circular nr. 33 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, that Mrs Angeliki Pothou, whο is closely associated to Mr. Panayiotis Pothos, non Executive Member of the Board of Directors of GEK S.A., proceeded to the purchase of 1,000 common nominal shares on 3/10/2008, of total value of 4,200.00 euro.
