According to the provisions of L.3556/2007 (articles 3 (xvi), (bb) and 21), in conjunction with article 11 of Decision 1/434/3.7.2007 of the Capital Markets Commission, Proton Bank reports that Mr. Antonios Athanassoglou, Executive Vice-Chairman of the company:
- On September 30th , 2008 acquired 50,000 common registered shares of Proton Bank S.A. of a total net value of Euro 274,196.60
- On October 1st , 2008 acquired 25,000 common registered shares of Proton Bank S.A. of a total net value of Euro 134,169.96
- On October 2nd , 2008 acquired 14,000 common registered shares of Proton Bank S.A. of a total net value of Euro 74,016
- On September 30th , 2008 acquired 50,000 common registered shares of Proton Bank S.A. of a total net value of Euro 274,196.60
- On October 1st , 2008 acquired 25,000 common registered shares of Proton Bank S.A. of a total net value of Euro 134,169.96
- On October 2nd , 2008 acquired 14,000 common registered shares of Proton Bank S.A. of a total net value of Euro 74,016
