Attica Holdings S.A. wish to announce the establishment of two wholly owned subsidiary companies, namely SUPERFAST ONE INC. and SUPERFAST TWO INC. The initial capital of each is Euro 60,000. The newly formed subsidiary companies will be the ship owning companies of two new Ro-Pax vessels, currently under construction at the Italian shipyards Nuovi Cantieri Apuania.
In view of the delivery of the first vessel, SUPERFAST ONE INC. proceeded to a capital increase of Euro 35,000,000 paid by Attica Holdings S.A.
