ANNOUNCEMENT OF REGULATED INFORMATION ACCORDING TO THE LAW 3556
The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the article 21 of the L.3556/2007 and the article 11 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission decision 1/434/3.07.07 that
- Mr. Kyriakos Sarantis son of Pantazis, Vice Chairman of the BoD and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, proceeded on 02/10/08 to the purchase of 500 (five hundred) common shares at the price of 7.22 euros (seven euros and twenty two cents) of total value 3,610 euros (three thousand six hundred and ten euros) and on 26/09/08 to the purchase of 10,000 (ten thousand) common shares at the price of 8.49 euros (eight euros and forty nine cents) of total value 84,900 euros (eighty four thousand nine hundred euros).
- Mr. Grigoris Sarantis son of Pantazis, Chairman of the BoD of the Company, proceeded on 01/10/08 to the purchase of 10,000 (ten thousand) common shares at the price of 7.25 euros (seven euros and twenty five cents) of total value 72,500 euros (seventy two thousand five hundred euros).
