- Mrs Kalliope Chaviara, wife of Mr. Nikolaos Chaviaras, Vice Chairman and CEO of the Company, on the 2nd of October bought 65.000 shares with voting rights of total value 66.300,00 euros.
-KEY FOOD S.A. an affiliated company with Mr Nikolao Chaviara, Vice Chairman and CEO and Mr. Panteli Lambrinoudi Non Executive Member of the BoD, on the 2nd of October bought 24.500 shares with voting rights of total value 25.068,60 euros.
This announcement is made in compliance with the regulations of Law 3556/2007 and the decision of the HMC 1/434/3.7.2007 (article 11).
