S&B Industrial Minerals S.A., in the framework of the relevant resolutions of it's Shareholders' Meeting dated 14.5.2008 regarding the share buy back and in accordance with article 5 par. 3 of Commission Regulation (EC) No 2273/2003 upon fulfillment of the conditions provided therein, announces that it may proceed during the period from 02.10.2008 to 31.12.2008 with share purchases over the limit of 25% of the average daily volume without exceeding 50% thereof, as particularly provided in par. 2 and 3 of art. 5 of the above mentioned Regulation.
