Info-Quest S.A. announces that the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders, held on 03/09/2008 approved the payment of dividend of 0.31 Euro per share.
Eligible to receive dividends are Shareholders at the close of the Athens Exchange trading session of 04/09/2008. As of 05/09/2008 the Company's shares will be traded ex-dividend in the Athens Exchange. Dividend payment will start on 15/09/2008.
The dividend will be paid according to the procedure provided by articles 329 of the Regulations of the Athens Exchange and 39 of D.S.S. Regulations through ALPHA BANK as follows:
1. To the Operators in the Dematerialised Securities System of the shares of the Shareholders, if the Shareholders have given them the right to collect dividends on their account
2. Through the branch network of the ALPHA BANK, for those shareholders that have requested an exception from their operator to the DSS or have their shares in the Special Account of their Investor?s Share Securities Account kept with DSS and for those shareholders who, for various reasons, were not able to receive the dividend through their operators.
Shareholders may receive the dividend until 31.12.2013 by providing the DSS account information and an ID, either in person or through a legally authorized representative.
