Following a question by the Capital Markets Commission dated 30.09.2008/4619 and within the framework of providing prompt and reliable information to investors, as this results from the applicable legislation, regulations and the decisions of the Capital Markets Commission, the Company states that, as it is already known through relative stock exchange announcements, it offers services and systems to OPAP S.A., on the basis of the contract dated 31/07/2007 and clarifies that the referred in the press for intention of acquisition of INTRALOT by OPAP S.A. through a public offer or through an exchange with OPAP S.A. shares, are not true.
