CRETA FARM S.A. announces pursuant to Law 3556/2007 and Decision 1/434/03.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission and after relevant notification pursuant to article 13 of Law 3340/2005, that Mr. Konstantinos Domazakis Vice President of the Company's Board of Directors, purchased on 22nd of October 2008, 50.000 common shares of our Company of a value of Euro 171.155,70.
