-purchase of 5,000 shares for a consideration of euros 11,200.00 by its Managing Director Mr Constantine Mitzalis
-purchase of 51,300 shares for a consideration of euros 117,884.00 by Mrs Margarita Gerarhakis a close relative of its Vice President Mr Nikolaos Gerarhakis.
