The company TECHNICAL OLYMPIC S.A. announces, in application of Article 4 par. 4 of the European Commission Regulation 2273/2003, that pursuant to the decision of the 2nd Repeat Ordinary General Shareholders Meeting dated July 8, 2008 and to the Board of directors decision dated 2008-10-08 and in accordance with article 16 of codified law 2190/1920, proceeded on October 27th 2008 via BETA SECURITIES SA to the purchase of 54.610 own shares at EUR 0,18 average acquisition price per share, for a total of EUR 9.829,80.
