1. on 23.10.2008 that it purchased on 22.10.2008 4,200 HELEX common registered shares with a total value of euro 30,678.00
2. on 23.10.2008 that it sold on 22.10.2008 10,700 HELEX common registered shares with a total value of euro 72,776.00
All the above transactions were made for the derivatives market making account.
