hellas online (ATHEX: HOL) announces, in accordance with L.3556/2007 and the 1/434/3.07.2007 decision of the Hellenic Capital Markets Commission, that on October 16, 2008, Mr. George Zachopoulos, member of the Board of Directors of hellas online (Liable person according to Art. 13, L.3340/2005), bought 36,600 common ordinary shares with voting rights of hellas online for a total consideration of euro 50,142.
