In the framework of the decision No 3/347/12.07.2005 made by the BoD of the Capital Market Commission, Emporiki Bank of Greece S.A. announces that Mr. Dionysios Divaris, son of Efstathios, attorney-at-law, has been appointed Manager of the Legal Division.
