Pursuant to Law 3556/2007, J&P-AVAX SA announces the following transactions dated 24.10.2008 on its shares by a private investor and a legal entity related to insiders (as per Article 13 of Law 3340/2005):
-purchase of 15,000 shares for a total consideration of euros 29,144.00 by a legal entity related as per Law 3340/2005 to Chairman Mr Leonidas Joannou
-purchase of 5,000 shares for a total consideration of euros 9,910.00 by Mrs Margarita Gerarhakis, a close relative of Vice President Mr Nicholaos Gerarhakis
-purchase of 30,000 shares for a total consideration of euros 59,100.00 by Managing Director Mr Constantine Mitzalis
