In accordance with Law 3556/2007, J&P-AVAX SA was informed by its Deputy Chairman Mr Constantinos Kouvaras (considered an insider, as per Article 13 of Law 3340/2005) that his voting rights changed from 4.64% to 5.15% following a transaction dated 04.11.2008 on its shares.
