Hellas online announces new bond loan agreement
hellas online (ATHEX: HOL) announces that it signed a six year syndicated bond loan (the "loan") of euro 144.5 million.
The loan proceeds will be used to refinance existing indebtedness.
Eurobank EFG Telesis Finance S.A., Alpha Bank S.A., Millenium Bank S.A. and National Bank of Greece S.A. are the Mandated Lead Arrangers, with Pireaus Bank S.A. acting as Senior Lead Arranger.
The loan will be covered by EFG Eurobank Ergasias S.A., Alpha Bank S.A., Millenium Bank S.A., National Bank of Greece S.A., Pireaus Bank S.A., Emporiki Bank S.A., and Proton Bank S.A., with EFG Eurobank Ergasias S.A acting as Facility and Bondholder Agent.
