Notification of important changes concerning the voting rights attached to shares under Law 3556/2007 - Correction
Sanyo Hellas Holding SA ("The Company") announces, according to Law 3556, that following the relative briefings received from its shareholders, there were changes in thresholds as stated in Law 3556/2007, article 9, paragraph 1, concerning the Company's voting rights.
The legal entity with corporate name Formia Navigation Company Ltd control undertaking by Georgios Papageorgiou, son of Nikolaos, disposed on October 21st 2008, the total number of shares and voting rights, to individual Investor Accounts and Common Investor Accounts of persons of his family.
After the above action, there were changes in thresholds as stated in N. 3556/2007, article 9, paragraph 1, concerning the Company's voting rights for each of the above shareholders. Specifically
a) Formia Navigation Company Ltd by its notification received on October 22nd 2008 informed the Company that its percentage of ownership in share capital and voting rights amounts to 0% from 8,418%. After this disposal, Formia Navigation Company Ltd does not hold any shares and voting rights of the Company.
b) Mr. Georgios Papageorgiou, son of Nikolaos by his notification received on October 22nd 2008 informed the Company that after the disposal of shares and voting rights of Formia Navigation Company Ltd control undertaking by him, his percentage of ownership in share capital and voting rights of the Company amounts to 14,368% from 17,324%. He now holds a total of 7.340.000 shares and voting rights of the Company, a percentage of 14,368% of the share capital and voting rights which is analyzed as follows:
Directly through Common Investor Accounts 7,240,000 shares and voting rights, a percentage of 14.173% of which 5,355,000 shares and voting rights, a percentage of 10,483%, through Common Investor Account with co-beneficiaries Mr. Georgios Papageorgiou, son of Georgios and Dionysios Papageorgiou, son of Georgios and indirectly, through control undertakings, 100.000 shares and voting rights, a percentage of 0.196%.
c) Mr. Georgios Papageorgiou, son of Georgios by his notification received on October 22nd 2008 informed the Company that his percentage of ownership in share capital and voting rights of the Company amounts to 10,483% from 6,949%. He now holds a total, through the Common Investor Account with co-beneficiaries Mr. Georgios Papageorgiou, son of Nikolaos and Dionysios Papageorgiou, son of Georgios, of 5,355,000 shares and voting rights of the Company, a percentage of 10,483% of the share capital and voting rights.
d) Mr. Dionysios Papageorgiou, son of Georgios, by his notification received on October 22nd 2008 informed the Company that his percentage of ownership in share capital and voting rights of the Company amounts to 10,483% from 6,949%. He now holds a total, through the Common Investor Account with co-beneficiaries Mr. Georgios Papageorgiou, son of Nikolaos and Dionysios Papageorgiou, son of Georgios, of 5,355,000 shares and voting rights of the Company, a percentage of 10,483% of the share capital and voting rights.

After this disposal, Formia Navigation Company Ltd does not hold any shares and voting rights of the Company.
b) Mr. Georgios Papageorgiou, son of Nikolaos by his notification received on October 22nd 2008 informed the Company that after the disposal of shares and voting rights of Formia Navigation Company Ltd control undertaking by him, his percentage of ownership in share capital and voting rights of the Company amounts to 14,368% from 17,324%. He now holds a total of 7.340.000 shares and voting rights of the Company, a percentage of 14,368% of the share capital and voting rights which is analyzed as follows:

d) Mr. Dionysios Papageorgiou, son of Georgios, by his notification received on October 22nd 2008 informed the Company that his percentage of ownership in share capital and voting rights of the Company amounts to 10,483% from 6,949%. He now holds a total, through the Common Investor Account with co-beneficiaries Mr. Georgios Papageorgiou, son of Nikolaos and Dionysios Papageorgiou, son of Georgios, of 5,355,000 shares and voting rights of the Company, a percentage of 10,483% of the share capital and voting rights.
