NIREUS SA notifies that Mr Emmanouil Chaviaras, son of Mr Nikolaos Chaviaras, Vice Chairman and CEO of the Company, bought on the 22nd of October 2008 an aggregate of 14.000 shares of total value 10.590,00 euros. Mr Chaviaras is required to notify of his transactions, according to Law 3340/2005, as a person closely affiliated to a person holding senior managerial position. This announcement is made in compliance with the regulations of Law 3556/2007 and the decision of the HMC 1/434/3.7.2007 (article 11).
