MICHANIKI S.A, in accordance with the provisions of law 3556/2007, art. 21 coupled with the art. 11 of Decision 1/434/3.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, notifies that the shareholder and Board Chairman of the company, Emfietzoglou Prodromos proceeded on October 27 and 29 2008 with the purchase of 6,000 and 20,000 registered common shares of total value euros 6,820 and euros 27,000. Additionally M. Emfietzoglou, proceeded on October 27 with the purchase of 10,000 common shares of total value euros 11,250 and of 10,000 preferred shares of the company of total value euros 9,722. And last, C. Kikiantonis, chief accounting manager of the company, proceeded on October 24 with the purchase of 2,000 common shares of total value euros 2,260.
