Following the notification, on the 23rd/10/2008, on behalf of an ELEFTERI TILEORASI S.A.'s stockholder, we here-by inform the investors that, during the Athens Stock Exchange's meeting on the 21st/10/2008, the voting rights percentage of Mr. Charalambos Vafias increased from 4,932% to 5,112% and the number of shares with voting rights increased from 394.620 shares to 409.000 shares.
