ΒΙΟΤΕR SA announces its participation with 32% in the company's MARINA FALIROY SA share capital , which has taken over from 10/22/08 through lease with the Tourism Development Company (TDC SA), development and operation of the Faliro Marina as a tourist port. Total duration of the lease is thirty five (35) years.
The marina at full development will have 162 seats mooring of vessels/yachts of various sizes and premises total area of about 2.000m2 superstructure.
Funding for the project was secured in the form of self-shaped (Project Finance), in cooperation with the Banking Group of HSBC.
The other companies involved in the share capital of "MARINA FALIROY SA" are J&P-AVAX SA (58%) and VERNICOS YACHTS SA (10%).
