The company TERNA ENERGY S.A. announces that according to the Law 3556/2007, the Decision 1/434/03.07.2007 and the Circular nr. 33 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, that Mrs Andromache Passalidou, whο is closely associated to Mr. Gregory Charalampopoulos, a Non Executive Member of the Board of Directors of TERNA ENERGY S.A., proceeded to the purchase of 1,000 common nominal shares on 8/9/2008, of total value of 5,900.00 euros.
