Foreign military attaches visit Intracom Defense Electronics' headquarters.
The Defense, Army, Navy and Air Force foreign attaches of seventeen (17) countries that are accredited to Greece, accompanied by staff officers of the Hellenic National Defense General Staff as well as of the three branches of the Hellenic Armed Forces, visited Intracom Defense Electronics' headquarters at Koropi in Greece.
Intracom Defense Electronics' CEO, Mr. George Troullinos and top ranking executives of the company briefed the foreign military attaches on the main activities of the company, such as its participation in communications and electronic systems' multinational R&D programs, its current cooperations with the leading international defense industries in co-production programs, as well as its future prospects for the forthcoming years. Particular emphasis was given on the defense communications and electronic systems the company designs, develops and manufactures solely at its premises in Greece, thus covering the needs of tactical broadband communications and information control, naval communications, missile data links, communications encryption, missile electronic systems as well as radar systems and electronic warfare systems for fighter aircraft.
The agenda also included an extended presentation of the procedures and production lines, during which the significant capabilities of Intracom Defense Electronics that have internationally elevated the company as the leading defense electronics industry in the Greek market and the Balkans emerged.
The defense attaches' visit complemented the positive image they had acquired from the presence of Intracom Defense Electronics in the defense systems international exhibition Defendory 2008, where the company presented its entire product portfolio that attracted the interest of significant players in the defense field.
