The company "DIAGNOSTIC AND THERAPEUTIC CENTRE ATHENS HYGEIA S.A" announces that according to the Law3556/2007 and in conjunction with the article 11 of Decision 1/434/3.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, that MARFIN INVESTMENT GROUP (M.I.G) person obligated to notify pursuant to Law 3340/2005- acquired on October 22, 2008, 156,000 register bonds convertible to register ordinary shares of HYGEIA S.A., with total value of EUR 655,102.43 including accruals.
