Athens Medical Center SA, announces in accordance to L. 3556/2007 (articles 3 and 21) and in accordance to article 11 of the HCMC directive no. 1/434/03.07.2007 that Mr. Evaggelos Apostolopoulos, legal advisor of the Company acquired 20.000 Athens Medical common shares on the 22th of October 2008 of total value 27.200,00 Euros.
